UK Delivery: Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Europe Delivery: Estimated 5–10 working days after dispatch.

International Delivery: Estimated 7–14 working days after dispatch. Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, postal disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for store credit only — we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags/packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be required to cover the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.

If the parcel is lost due to an incorrect address being provided, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
